True facts about the giraffe

ZeFrank has made one of his best videos yet—True Facts About the Giraffe. It includes a lot of solid and edifying biological material, and there’s lagniappe at the end about ducks.  Also, at 10½ minutes long, it’s one of his longest.

Enjoy, and watch to the end!

“the other kind” – that’ll be Trump facts, then Ken?

Yup, from the inauguration onwards tRump’s approach to facts, and the willingness of those around him to excuse and enable it, has been consistent.

I especially did not know about the giraffe teeth. You can still distinguish the upper front teeth from the back ones, even though they are all in the back now.

A brilliant video – I learnt a load of stuff about giraffes, and yet it was hilarious too.

I have come to really enjoy True Facts. It is both highly amusing and really does provide true facts.

Is the hypothesis, that a giraffe’s long neck is an adaptation for tall tree, just another just-so story? I remember having read Lewontin claiming this.

Nothing about the giraffe’s violent homosexual tendencies?
