   1. I’ve seen several of that fellow’s videos, and I always think “WTF?” right up to the end. And then afterwards.

   Beef Wellington, sprouts & chestnuts, red cabbage, mash and roastie-substitute (since we weren’t actually roasting anything we went for par-boiled with a quick deep fry).

      I had a T-bone steak, rare, green beans, French bread, and a 2005 Rioja Reserva.

      1. Since we downed a bottle of prosecco we split a rather nice IPA that was in the selection that L’s brother gave us for xmas. Today we will be clearing left overs by having bubble and squeak, though with champagne… (I hope that last phrase came out as a whisper 😀 )

7. Roast duck with sauerkraut, kugelis with sour cream. Kugelis is a Lithuanian potato pudding made with bacon and onion, google has some recipes.
