He’s always getting dressed up for one thing or another. Mannekin pis has been there for some three hundred years now and is quite famous, both for himself and his wardrobe changes.
It’s against the roolz as I understand them to mention that term for photo manipulation, so I will just say this is not normal behaviour for him.
I suspect his longevity is due to a chocolate-rich diet. 🙂

I am now resisting fiercely the need to get some chocolate from the not very secret hiding place my wife chose. If she has any Belgian chocolate, it’s in a better hiding place because I haven’t found it. Yet.
