Here’s Garfunkel and Oates (Riki Lindhome and Kate Micucci respectively) singing about gay marriage, using ducks as examples.
As the YouTube notes say:
Riki “Garfunkel” Lindhome and Kate “Oates” Micucci sing a pro-gay marriage song in response to a Pat Robertson quote that legalizing gay marriage would lead to legalizing sex with ducks.
I have to say, though, that they could have done a better job on the duck costumes.

I’ll break the silence below the line with a simple “What the duck”? That said, Pat Robertson is clearly mad, and I wouldn’t appear anywhere near him in a dodgy duck costume just in case. If he had a gun, that would be scary – but if he only seemed to have one in his pocket that would be worse…
He’s a rich televangelist. “Crazy, like a fox” would seem more appropriate. Unless he actually believes some of the shit he spouts, rather than saying things to get the dollars rolling in.
Those two are so funny, they always have a great take on just about anything.
I actually liked the duck costumes!
Had they been more realistic, it would have been creepy.
I’ve probably posted this before.
Vale TBT! A musical genius of the grade not seen since Sell. And a tip of the ‘at to Eckythump too! The only trick they missed was re-demolishing the Post Office Tower – obviously the special effects budget couldn’t afford it a third time.
One could argue that the poor quality of the duck costumes drives home better how silly Mr. Robertson’s remarks are.
