I’ve been curious how one knows with any certainty where a reader might be. It’s an interconnected maze. I’m in Arizona. I’ve lost count the number of times I’ve been to CNN and a pop-up asks “You seem to be outside of the U.S. Would you like to set CNN International as the default edition?”
