    1. [Mostly OT, but this is my first plausible opening to post this here. Written half a lifetime ago in the US when I was a keen Christian but still a smart-arse.]

      Blessed Insurance

      Blessed insurance, whole-life is mine
Oh what a foretaste of glory divine
My heirs’ salvation, what a great gift
For when I’m gone they’ll get cash for my stiff

      [Refrain]
This is my story, this is my song
Praising my whole-life all the day long
This is my story, this is my song
Praising my whole-life all the day long

      Perfect decision, perfect delight
Visions of cash value burst on my sight
      Agents descending, bringing the forms
But it won’t pay off while I’m still warm

      [Refrain]

Perfect decision, all is at rest
I with my whole-life am happy and blessed
Watching and waiting, counting the days
When it will pay when they cart me away

      [Refrain]

  1. Such a spot-on cartoon! Indeed it takes a really lily-livered, thin-skinned, teenage girl-insecure kind of person to take any kind of criticism as necessarily motivated by hatred, bigotry and prejudice towards that religion, or country.

  2. The aggressive and often violent reactions of Muslims to any criticism of their religion betrays an underlying insecurity and doubt which they are terrified of facing. I mean seriously, who would riot in response to a flat-earther? If you are certain your position is true, who cares what some “unbeliever” says?

    1. The idea that Muslims have no doubt or insecurity is the most terrifying thought of all.
