And there’s yet another atheist apologetic hidden within the barmaid’s astute observation: when we contemplate a genius of such incomprehensible magnitude, how small and petty it is to think it’s going to write or inspire “a book.” Really? Is the Ineffable Fundamental Ground of All Being of Surpassing All-Knowingness also going to “take a walk” and maybe stop for “a sandwich?”
