Things are gonna be sparse on this site till I get back to the states on Sunday morning, but I didn’t do all that badly, right? And we’ll even had a Caturday Felid today.
In the meantime, enjoy “Me & Mr Jones,” by the late Amy Winehouse. This is a live version from the Isle of Wight in 2007, four years before her death. I like it better than the other live version, which you can find here.
Amy appears to be missing an incisor.
I think it’s great how much this website has been kept up to date during the professor’s visit in India. I didn’t post many comments due to exam week, but I’ve read every topic with great interest. “didn’t do badly” is an understatement.
I can’t even keep up, so I think PCC(E) has done impossibly well, especially while touring such remarkable places! My thanks to PCC(E) for sharing those experiences. I might never be able to enjoy them, personally, and Indian food happens to be my favorite.

Jerry, I’m sitting at home watching horizontal snow blow across the lake (I can’t even see to the other side)and accumulate on the patio. Cats have gone to bed in disgust. You might want to consider staying where you are until spring arrives in Chicagoland (probably some time in June!)
The BBC occasionally airs “Amy Winehouse – The Day She Came to Dingle”, which I believe is available on DVD. I know the word is overused nowadays, but her performance there was awesome. I almost cried when I learned of her death. I ‘m not sure whether copyright is being infringed here; it does worry me bit with YouTube!

When I hit the link it says “video no longer available due to copyright claim….” so I guess that answers your question! Some of the Dingle concert is on an ‘Arena” show that is available on DVD with her BBC CD.
2 (which is what I thought I had posted)& 3 play, and then 1 plays when you return to it. I never get on with technology!
Squeeze every last bit of enjoyment out of your trip, PCC(E). And get some sleep!

First I’ve ever seen or heard her. (I don’t get out much. My attention is elsewhere.) Thanks for linking this.
Missing a bicuspid! Harder to eat steak!
Missing Amy still…What a tragedy her loss is to the music world (and, selfishly, to me). Never got to see her live in concert. Always will regret that.
