Perhaps she’s splenetic because she’s a Munchkin with dwarfed limbs.
I bet in real life, though, she’s a sweetheart, marred by Ceiling Cat with an underbite.
Apparently 9 month old Tard (short for tartar sauce) and her sister, Pokey, were rescued from a terrible situation. They are both dwarves it seems.
Tard has a beautiful coat, gorgeous eyes, and a gentle manner. Pokey is a darling also.

There is actually a breed of cat, the Napoleon, that is bred to be short-limbed. L
I keep expecting her to yell “And get off my lawn!”

Typical anthropomorphic prejudice. I bet it gets the cat more attention though, as everyone tries to ‘cheer him up’. Like people believe dolphins are nice and happy-go-lucky because they smile all the time.
