The further adventures of Angry Catman: The attack of the Dark Net

Reader Pliny the in Between has made a cartoon of the attacks on me (“Angry Cat Man”) by the religious and conservative people who cannot abide euthanasia of infants no matter how sick, malformed, or conscious they are. And I have someone getting my back.

By the way,  the source of the Angry Cat Man character can be found here, and there are several previous episodes (e.g., here, here, here, and here).

  1. Angry Cat Man’s foes would prefer babies suffer as long as possible, the fiends!

  2. Note to Professor ACM: I’ve updated the cartoon to include a Pew Report map on the numbers of states that allow exemptions to child abuse statutes for withholding treatment to children on religious grounds.

  3. Christopher Hitchens said Mother Theresa was not a friend of the poor but a friend of poverty. (In contrast I suppose to Robin Hood and Bob Dylan’s John Wesley Harding who were real friends of the poor.)

Likewise, abortion opponents are not actual friends of babies. The quality of a child’s life after birth is not of paramount concern to them.

That said, I did a Google images search of angry catwoman and got the following two images among many others. (I don’t think JAC will be teaming up with either of these).

  4. The merciless masses mock themselves.

I’m thinking Angry Cat Man is ready to don a cape with a high collar…ala Dr. Strange.
