Learning that I had been called “Angry Cat Man” by faculty at the Lab School because of what I write on my website, reader Pliny the in Between produced an appropriate cartoon, whose title is given in the header.
Recognize my Evil Minion? Did you notice that the CatSuit has the coloration of a feline familiar to readers of this site? And don’t miss the footwear!

Genius. Just genius.
I want this in a tshirt.
*on*
William Dembski !
Thought I would add this

(I wish I could think these things at once and include them in one comment !)
Looks like Pliny used the Wiki pic to create the animation.
All it needs now is some flatulent sound effects.
Hilarious!!!!!!!!
Wunderbar!
Shouldn’t “cat man” be pawing at the laser dot?
(Or, I suppose, cat man’s “weakness” is probably fury feline cuteness as opposed to things that cats like…”)
I’m confused. I thought a student (one?) had referred to you as the angry cat man. So who was it, a student or a faculty member or both?
I corrected that in the comments of yesterday’s post. I thought it was a student, but I was mistaken. It turns out that a biology faculty member refers to me (I’m not sure whether to other faculty or to students as well) as “The Angry Cat Man”.
Nice boots!
Looks like all those noms have been good to your physique.
I was thinking the same thing or perhaps PCC (E) has been at it at the gym!! You know in between noms, teaching, posting, writing, presenting, travelling, and keeping them honest…really when does he sleep?
The Angry Cat Man, Emeritus, of Evolution™.
heh. someone with better sewing skills than I should make the professor the costume.
Glad to see “No Cape!”
This is great. Love the blackboard.
What fun! 😀
(Nice bod, too…)
Hilarious, Pliny tiB! Great fun!
That laser pointer dot reminds me of something I saw the other day. It’s claimed that no cats were harmed, but I hope that people with two or more animals will refrain from repeating the experiment.
