Last year reader Rodger Atkin sent an uncamouflaged photo of the lovely Oleander Hawk-Moth (Daphnis nerii; see it here). This year it’s on vegetation, and somewhat harder to spot. Can you find it? (Enlarge photo for help.)

Beautiful moth!
That is some beautiful Camouflage, had to blow the picture up to find it.
Same as Mike–never would have found it without clicking through to the larger size. Stunning moth, and fantastic camouflage! Beautifully sharp picture too, Rodger!
The dead leaves look alike?
Beautiful! I spotted it in the blown-up photo.
Got it. That is a beautiful creature! Thanks!
Mind-blowingly-awesome and beautiful testament to Darwin.
I think this was the quickest animal I’ve spotted. I clicked to zoom, ctrl-scrolled to make it a little larger and there it was, right in the center of my screen. Lucky. It is very well camouflaged however.
Pretty easy compared to some of the “Find…” series.
