It’s going to be a chilly and rainy Tuesday, with a high of only about 58°F (14°C), as the Killing Season slowly makes its way to Chicago. So far retirement hasn’t changed my schedule, but I have several exciting trips in the offing, which of course will allow for pictures of excellent foreign noms; so stay tuned. Meanwhile in Dobrzyn, Hili is having an adventure on the banks of the Vistula:
Hili: I see new challenges.
A: And what if they are too big
Hili: Then I’ll escape.
Hili: Widzę nowe wyzwania.
Ja: A jeśli będą za duże?
Hili: To ucieknę.
*******
And in Włocławek, Leon is having rather grandiose fantasies.
Leon: The brave Catman goes to the rescue of downtrodden.

There is always Florida! 😉
Or alternatively Australia!
…Arizona….

Hili has an fascinating fantasy world. As does Leon. In adult humans it’s called something else.
Given where Hili lives, I wonder whether she’s ever found any unexploded shells left over from WWII?
It was a front line but there are no unexploded shells any longer. However this was a town where Wehrmacht soldier were stationed and one of Hili’s humans found a plate with Wehrmacht’s stamp and Nazi Germany emblem.
Thank you for letting me know that Hili and Cyrus are safe. I saw a video recently about a bomb in Germany that blew up just two years ago, so I was worried that you might have the same problem.
58 degrees? Pshaw…loooxury.
That Leon – couldn’t fight his way out of a plastic bag.
I am surprised that Leon is just sitting there. In my experience, when this happens, the cat tears around the house in panic.
Hili really does have a magnificent big furry tail.
