Both their staff are US citizens but I guess they need to have been born in the US and not in a Canadian truck wheel well like Carmen. Not sure where Booker was born, but likely Canadianly.
Well, I think if your parents are USians, you are too, no matter where you’re born.
Of course, they’re adopted…
Actually both of my kids were adopted ( at 3 days old) and they did not automatically gain citizenship, as they were born in Canada. As for the kittens…Carmen and her 5 pure white! littermates and her calico mother were found in a truck wheel well according to the Humane Society. Not sure where Booker was found.
Do elaborate on Carmen’s birthsite and how you know it!
