Two prematurely published cat videos

I didn’t intend to put these up first thing this morning, but at 4:30 sometimes the “save” button looks like the “publish” button. Anyway, here are two cat videos.

The first is the latest Henri (sans Friskies flogging): “Reigning cat, and dog.” It is a highly accurate view of the mentality of cats vs d*gs:

And then, the philosopher cat. If he were French he’d have a cigarette:

      1. The guy who does this lives in Seattle and is interviewed on a web video. His french is better than mine so I don’t complain.

      2. Doesn’t really sound Like French Canadian to me. Just an American who took high school French. The bad French is part of Henri’s “charm.”

  1. Love Henri! ( could the music be any more mélancholique? If I weren’t laughing so hard I’d have trouble getting out of bed:-(

  2. Doesn’t “Bad French” means that an anglophone understood a word or two of it? The French are so protective of their language that if an anglophone actually pronounces something correctly the French Academy immediately posts a memo changing the pronunciation and denying that any Frenchman ever made such a “horrible bruit”. Just kidding, I actually love the French language, even though they talk faster than a native Texan can hear.
