Good news: it’s the weekend, and we won’t even get snow until tonight! The Big Question for today is whether I can get my car out of the mini-snowbank in which it’s mired. If I can’t, I won’t eat.
But in Dobrzyn there is no snow and the spring is hanging in the air. On their daily walkies, Hili puts the ever-thick Cyrus in his place:
Cyrus: Do you prefer to watch the sunset or the sunrise from here?Hili: It depends on what time it is.
In Polish:
Cyrus: Czy wolisz z tego miejsca oglądać wschody, czy zachody słońca?
Hili: To zależy, o której godzinie.

“the ever-thick Cyrus”? A little harsh don’t you think. Cyrus seems to me to be a well-behaved, sweet canid who puts up with Hili with great equanimity. Granted he’s not given evidence yet of being a true intellectual but he may yet surprise us.
I don’t think we’ll be surprised . . . .
Someone shall put a sign on street, “Shovel snow to get your car out, $10”.
Bite her, Cyrus!
😉
I don’t Hili was being a smart ass. I would have said the same thing….hmmmm rethinking how people respond to me now. 😉
Jerry, you should take pictures of your snow ensconced car.
I love the way they perambulate together:-)
No need to starve, PCC. Order in. Make it a party!
Good thing you’re not the Princess of Poland, else that’d be an existential crisis!

Did you manage to extricate your car from the snowbank, PCC?
Might need to call for the Catbus, if not.
