it’s been a while since I’ve laughed out loud at a Simon’s cat (they are always funny). If you have a cat, you know exactly what will happen.
No. I expected Simon to chase and eat the butterflies himself, to impress Miss Moggie. Or to chase and eat butterflies because.

I thought it was a bit out of character as well since I’ve seen him eat spiders but I figured he was in love so it changed him.
hah. I did think that one of them would end up in the box.
Oh, that is good.
Now we know where the saying “butterflies in my stomach” came from…
Actually, I thought the empty box would be the present. What cat doesn’t want a box to sit in?
I was waiting for one of the cats to jump into the empty box!
