    1. Yup … got it as well … grey and white. Strolling around as if it owns the place ( which it probably does …)

  1. That’s an old pic that’s been going the rounds for some years now. It can be hard to find the cat, but once you see it, you can’t unsee it.

  2. Can’t see a cat, but what cruel sod flattened the Tin Man and posed him at top-centre?

  3. I noticed a glitch in this website’s comment function. This post currently has 10 comments. When I clicked on the picture for an enlargement I noticed that page has one comment, sitting by itself.

    1. That’s not a glitch. People occasionally click on a picture and then forget they’re on the picture page and not the main page. You can leave comments on picture pages, but be careful–nobody will see them if you do.

  4. Ya gotta be kitting! There’s no cat unless you’re counting the catalytic converter.

      1. Look at that yellow diamond-shaped piece of metal on the left side of the picture. The cat is right next to it.

        1. Yes and no. Not only did Cat (God) not have a beginning he will have no end. Cat is eternal, immutible, omniscient, and omnipotent.

          1. No, I was not there when Cat was created but I have faith that He was. I am sure that in the book of Cat, His creation is mentioned. I believe that this book was written by Moses (or his Cat).

        2. They sure do! Their Creator was actually created by their own imagination. This is an excellent video, sent to me by a dear friend, explaining how religion and religious icons and motifs arose. It’s called ‘The Real Truth About Religion and its Origins’:

          1. I’m not sure if WordPress even has a way to avoid embedding.

I found the Thomas Paine quote interesting in its support of his thesis.

It says ‘award winning documentary’ but gives no credits. Do you know the details of its production?

I have seen these arguments before and also refutations of them. I worry that the author here has taken liberties with at least some of the evidence, though that panel on the virgin birth of Horus at Luxor does seem to be a very specific citation in his favour.

  5. I know that I have poor eyesight, butmcould someone kindly put a circle around the alleged feline for my benefit?
    Thnank you in advance!

    1. Rather than make it that easy…Click on the picture to get the bigger version; then have a look in the lower left quadrant, near the top right of it.

      1. Hardly…

Almost exactly half-way up the pic, and 1/6th the way across from the left hand side…

  6. :)) I don’t enjoy finding the “damn thing”, just like I don’t enjoy playing puzzles. But I enjoy weaving — I can finish a sweater in about one and half days, not to mention scarves or hats… The good thing about weaving is, your hands are repeatedly doing the same work and your mind and brain are totally free, you may listen to music, your mind may wander around, day dreaming or, you may really calmly figure something out.
