Cold front after cold front has gone by. I have taken way way too much migraine medication & right now I have my tens machine shocking the crap out of my neck & shoulders, causing crazy spasms. I haven’t had it this bad in a long time. I almost went to the Emergency to ask for a shot in the ass – I don’t even know what this is – I just know, from friends with severe migraine, that they get this shot & feel great after.
Well that’s certainly crummy! Hope you’re doing a bit better by now.
Yes, about an hour after taking my migraine medication, the pain went away. I took a lot this round – 4 days in a row when I shouldn’t take it more than 3.
Sigh. You’re about due for a change of luck!
It’s funny as over the last few months I’ve been thinking that the medieval sensibility that was the most, well sensible, was the concept of Fortune spinning her wheel. Sometimes you were lucky, sometimes you weren’t & it was all out of your control.
Maybe it’s just me, but I think that’s quite comforting under certain circumstances.
