Professor Ceiling Cat is back in Delhi, resting up a bit today before I go into town tomorrow for some last-minute shopping as well as some important field work: investigating a new restaurant said to have superb thalis. I’ll be leaving at 1:30 a.m. on Tuesday for Chicago via Paris (all the international flights arrive and depart at ungodly hours)—if the frequent Delhi fogs don’t delay my flight.
It’s been a great three weeks here and I look forward to putting up photos of my adventures. Meanwhile in Dobrzyn, Hili is pondering. .
Hili: Occam’s razor, Occam’s claws, Occam’s teeth…A: What are you talking about?Hili: These entities are still multiplying like rabbits.
In Polish:
Hili: Brzytwa Ockhama, pazury Ockhama, zęby Ockhama…
Ja: O czym ty mówisz?
Hili: Że te byty nadal mnożą się jak króliki.

1:30 am to leave for a flight sounds terrible! At least you get to go through Paris though.
Yeah…but does he get to spend any actual time there? The airport can’t be half as interesting as a stroll along the Seine….

Maybe there are tasty goodies though. The French know how to eat!
True…but it’s an airport. They probably have McDonalds and Starbucks. And I imagine both are less distasteful than their American counterparts…but, still….

The thought of France offering those brands makes me sad.
Then don’t click through this link:

Looks better than the stuff we get at McDonalds. I like getting the McFlurry – I wonder if they have that in France!
Not at Charles DeGaulle. While it’s a comfortable airport, it’s hardly distinctive for noms, and four hours of layover is not enough time to go to Paris, expecially at 6 in the morning!
Awww crap. 🙁
Hili looks like she has on her winter coat! 🙂
Possibly a patisserie at the airport?
