Another recently departed kitteh, which makes me sad to post, as this beloved moggie, owned by readers Carolyn and Michael, died on August 2:
This is our not so little Lil Man aka Squeezie Pig (he squeaked when you squeezed him which we did a lot.) We just had to say goodbye this past Friday to this sweet boy…the most loving cuddly puss face ever.
Finally, reader Cameron Way sends our first video of a reader’s cat. It shows the behavior described below by Cameron:
This is our cat Spot. When I get home from a bike ride, I give him my stinky bike clothes. He seems to love them. If you try to pet him while he’s rubbing on the clothes, you may get bitten or scratched. He gets in a trance or something.

I have a tuxedo cat called Godiva (short ‘i’ sound) who does this with my sports clothes. She will also nuzzle into my armpits when I am sweaty, so clearly she really likes what she smells.
I suppose we could be thankful the cat isn’t trying to hump the shorts.

I should send in a video of Hillary trying to eat with the Kleenex box on her head sometime. Too funny!
Hillary Rotten looks ferocious in that picture. I think I would feed her and then just walk away, very slowly.

Heres some odd cat behavior.
My sister used to have a cat, and whenever her husband would whistle at a particular pitch, the cat would go into a trance and start suckling on my sisters arm.
Hillary is very cute! I’ll bet brushing her is…interesting.
She loves getting brushed but it’s impossible to stay on top of that coat of fur! I brush her every day and *still* have to take her in occasionally for grooming.
