  1. Needle felting by a very patient and very accomplished artist. I’ve never seen anything that came close in both size and detail.

  2. Those are so amazing, one must wonder if Japanese taxidermists are pulling the wool over our eyes.

(I’ll get my coat before Jerry’s snake-skin cowboy boot protrudes from my arse.)

  3. I don’t know Japanese but I googled a little bit. It appears to me that the link you give at the top of your post is just a link to a personal yahoo blog of someone who collects the pictures there. I do not think that is the person who makes them.

I found many many references to “the Japanese felting artist Merino117” on lots of needlfelting websites, but did not find Merino117’s actual website.

Too much time spent on this, altho it gave me a chance to see some excellent current felting! Some really cute things being done out there. Time for me to quit 🙂

I sure hope you get to see those peeps (above).

  4. I predict that some of these pictures will appear in the next edition of Harun Yahya’s Atlas of Evolution.

  5. I’ve linked below to the source ~ a Japanese blog that takes orders. The blogger writes [according to Google Translate service]that s/he’s the maker:- yayayakonta

Be careful there are d_g pages too !!

    1. BTW to see more & more & more of the work use the “Prev” & “Next” arrows out the bottom of each very long page

  6. Great at fooling us sight-based humans. Doubt my kitteh would be fooled though. Roll it in catnip, however, and she might not care whether its fake or not.
