Needle felting by a very patient and very accomplished artist. I’ve never seen anything that came close in both size and detail.

The text of the site is in Chinese, but it does say they’re “Japanese handmade”.
I don’t know Japanese but I googled a little bit. It appears to me that the link you give at the top of your post is just a link to a personal yahoo blog of someone who collects the pictures there. I do not think that is the person who makes them.
I found many many references to “the Japanese felting artist Merino117” on lots of needlfelting websites, but did not find Merino117’s actual website.
Too much time spent on this, altho it gave me a chance to see some excellent current felting! Some really cute things being done out there. Time for me to quit 🙂
