Nine is a special age for girls/women in Islam. Aisha was nine when she “married” Mohammad.
Her age at marrige was actually six, age nine was when he first shagged her.

Thank you for asking, and for the compliment. Of course there’s a story behind it. A week or so ago a commenter referred to me as “BN”, phonetically but not lexically accurate. So I looked up “Nox” and found she was the Roman version of the Greek Nyx, goddess of night and daughter of primordial Chaos. I replied to the comment saying that she and I weren’t family, but there was some metaphorical family resemblance. The Muse suggested I go with this, so WTF I changed my handle to be (K)Nox, with CoC being Child of Chaos. ☺️
