It’s just 3½ minutes long and you’ll learn something. I’m upset a bit, though, about experiments in which they cut off the beetle’s antennae or somehow blind it.
Very cool. I did not know that they used their antennae like that.
Despite the look of their jaws, their bite is only just strong enough to process soft prey. To us, its simply nothing.
I’m glad that I’m so much bigger than a Tiger Beetle. It’s a dangerous world out there beneath our feet!
