HER butt! Hili is a girl cat. Cats, like all animals, come in only two sexes.
Don’t feel bad, Norman. I have been wondering for a long time whether Hili was male or female. I have deferred to HER name for fear of using the wrong pronoun, ha ha. It’s kinda ironic that gender confusion should come up in such an innocent way, here of all places!

Thank you for your daily postings in Jerry’s stead. Is labor day celebrated internationally, Matthew? I recall working through our fourth of July holiday when in the UK (obviously). But labor day?

Labour Day is also a holiday in Canada. Don’t know about elsewhere.
Labor day is not celebrated in the UK and it would be called “labour day” here. But it would also be confusing since “Labour” is the name of the political party of the left that is currently in government.
