Not that it is particularly hard, but there are three mallards in this photo. Taken at the Mequon Nature Preserve.
Can you spot all three? The reveal is at 1 pm. Chicago time. I consider this medium hard.

Found them, but what about the nest box?
There were a few “regular” boxes. There were also a couple of unusual (to me) ones that seem to be hollow logs stuck on poles. I assume that’s what you are talking about. (Way off on the right edge of the photo.) I don’t know what kind of bird they are intended for and was hoping someone here would provide the answer.
I think I got ’em. Looks like the pond is slightly frozen over.
Just an illusion. It hasn’t gotten cold enough for ice here yet.
