Good morning, and happy birthday to Barbra Streisand (1942) who gave us the Streisand Effect as well as a lot of music and movies.

If you enjoy falcons you have a fantastic opportunity to watch a family via webcam. There is live footage of a family of peregrine falcons from Nottingham Trent University. You will need to enable Flash if you want to view the webcam stream.
Morning spruce up at the @NTUEnvironment peregrine nest. Nice to see them both on screen. When will the first egg hatch? Keep watching! @bbcemt @Notts_TV @NottinghamPost @ITVCentral https://t.co/vTCQGrs56Z pic.twitter.com/bm4qCjAOHH

And a new variation on an old familiar face.

Over in Poland the felids have plenty to say today.
Leon is exploring and punning.
Leon: Look, a pussy on a willow.

Hili is engaging in her favorite activity: food critic.
Hili: I like it, and afterwards crunchy cat food with beef, please.
Zuza: You are very demanding.

Hili: To lubię, a potem poproszę o chrupki z wołowiną.
Zuza: Jesteś bardzo wymagająca.
Hat-tip: Barry, HStiles.
Volkswagen tractor-trailer–for the semi-hippy.

Factoid: an item of unreliable information that is reported and repeated so often that it becomes accepted as fact.
I don’t think that is the correct use of the word in the crab item.
I disagree. It is correct usage. There’s more than one definition, and definition of factiod is “A brief or trivial item of news or information.” It’s the one I’m familiar with, and wasn’t aware of the definition you cite until I saw it here — AKA fake news.
Wikipedia has a very interesting entry on the word, its origin (Norman Mailer) and its meanings https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Factoid.
I’m still trying to think of an equally good garden/krautrock pun involving going outside and watering Can.
Ich bin ein Kraftwerk (fan?).
That phone pole the one in front of the Possum Lodge?
Yes – you’re right! It has to be.
