   2. The tail of the video on TuoYube has links for the developers Farcebook, Patreon and other sites, through which you can probably contact him. I would guess from there being a Patreon site that he is open to commercial approaches, and every approach saying “I need a Raptor Puppet” is grist to his mill of deciding which products are commercially feasible.
