    1. I’ve been stuck in front of this for 2 days now, my legs have stopped working, maybe I should call the emergency services…

  1. Whoa! Getting motion sick watching this, I need a stationary cat in my lap to orient me.

  2. Another well trained human. I’d say it’s Pavlovian, but not sure introducing the “d” word is the right response.

  3. I have a cat that wags her tail when i talk to her like a dog does, so cute. She doesn’t wag as fast but still.

      1. The movements of the cat are odd, just like how movements seem when played in reverse. It stands up and stretches up very high to be picked up? I don’t think so. Just mentally reverse it and it all makes sense.
This is not a ‘gif’, but a ‘fig’ (pronounced ‘fij’).

        1. I think the movements just look odd because of the perspective and because cats don’t normally stretch to be picked up.

I’m going to risk a possible embed because I think it is super cute and it’s a different angle of the same kitteh.

  4. Mine love to be picked up and strettttcccchhhhed by being held under the arms, but you’ve gotta start them young. You can even feel the sort of creaks in the stretching;-) Then I flip them on their backs, massage their necks by scruffing, and rub their bellies. They just lie limp in my arms. Silly kitties;-)

  5. Wait…I’m confused. Why doesn’t it end with the camera lens buried in the cat’s belly fur? Isn’t that standard procedure for this maneuver?

(…and such a relief from the nonsense from the business philosopher…I’m not sure that’s even “A” material for junior high school….)

  6. A longer GIF that showed the first-stage separation would’ve been cool…
