Oy, another week! At least Chicago will have little or no snow, while Americans on the east coast are completely screwed. Meanwhile in Dobrzyn, Hili still pretends to care for her feathered food, but Andrzej sees through her. And in Wroclawek, Leon shows that Hili is not the only solipsistic tabby in Poland.
Hili: Bird feeding is very entertaining for cats.
A: I know, but I’m afraid you are no St. Francis.
Hili: Dokarmianie ptaków daje rozrywkę kotom.
Ja: Wiem, ale obawiam się, że świętym Franciszkiem to ty nie jesteś.
Leon’s caption: “Am I not the most exceptional raisin in the cake?”
In Polish:
Czyż nie jestem wyjątkowym rodzynkiem w cieście?

Good morning, PCC! Have a fine week.
To all the readers in New York, I hope you weather this brewing storm, and have enough to keep you warm and safe.
In addition to feeding the wild critters, please let us do whatever we can to keep someone warm and sheltered — donate hats, gloves, scarves, coats, blankets, food, donate to the local shelter, etc. Peace, out.
There is a raisin for every cake we eat, and a feline for every box we open.
I can’t believe Hili is being accused of Unsophisticated Theology. Who are we to say what a True Franciscan is? 😉
There are times, such as when I’m trying to read a book with Baihu on my lap, that I wish he were so transparent….

We had local lame effect snow just in time for the commute. I’m on training this week near Toronto so, my drive was 2 hours instead of one hour. I left at 7 but was half an hour late & this was taking the quicker toll road!
