At the shelter where I used to volunteer several years ago, we had eight “draggers” who did not have the use of their hind legs. They learned to get around very quickly in various ways, and the smallest could do it like the cat in the picture. The video brought back some nice memories.
I like the fence jumping cats attitude right at the end there. It’s like he gave the vid shooter a “What’s up?”
