If the US is going to be left off why not also leave off Turkey. Without Turkey it looks pretty linear. Would some other factor, perhaps religious fundamentalism, explain the position of the US and Turkey well below the line?
“The Americas”? There’s an America missing. In fact there’s a hemisphere missing, and all of the continent of Africa. Australia and New Zealand would be somewhere near Denmark.

There’s a Canada missing. I sure would like to know where we fit on that graph
Yeah – I’d like to see Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, South America, Pacific Islands etc
