Mo is deeply offended at the accusation that Allah is a lesbian (she could be if she existed!), and so strikes back by insulting what he thinks is the atheist “god”: Darwin. But we know that Darwin was a biological male (he and his wife had ten kids), so Mo is misguided.

Unlikely. AFAIK the delusional don’t believe or feel that they are delusional. It would be self-defeating for a delusion to come with a label announcing it’s delusionality.
Some genderists (is that a word?) would for sure insist that Darwin might have been a lesbian, if he identified as a woman. In which case I misgendered him just now. Oh, the horror!
I clicked the link and see the woman was arrested and imprisoned for her tee shirt. It is indeed another human rights violation. I hope international pressure has some impact, though I am not optimistic.
And Morocco is often considered the most “liberal” Islamic country!
