I thought the surname might be ‘Tabby’, but Lesley is sneakier.
I’d go with Peter Tabby too. The servant part is certainly raw optimism.
It may be my imagination, but occupation looks like it could be “mouser”.
On further inspection, nationality looks like Persian.
