You can use ampersands in vanity plates? Apparently, you can in NH. A-Z, 0-9, and -, +, and &. Not here in FLA, though.
The most interesting bumper sticker I ever saw was ‘Hung like Einstein’. I have no idea what it meant, but I liked it.
