What “argument” might they produce to back up their theory?
What about what “evidence”? An argument is useless, merely a hypothesis. Evidence is the only thing of any relevance. Are these people suggesting that horses and humans evolved, but trilobites spontaneously existed?
While I appreciate that it’s geared towards arguing against the creationists, I agree that it shouldn’t be there. It’s like having a physics book say-
“Some people don’t agree with physics. They think that the universe is all on the back of a giant space turtle, which is on the back of another turtle and so on.”
“Explain how physics could be an argument against the turtle theory.”
