Water Behaving Strangely
I have made a small collection of pictures of snow and ice doing odd things.

On warm-ish days snow and ice melt on the city streets, and the meltwater runs down a sewer into a creek. But it’s still cold under the bridge where it comes out – hence a big, horizontal icicle forms (the pipe is about a meter in diameter).
Our house has a steel roof, and sometimes on the south-facing side, snow thaws and re-freezes and forms a sort of glacier that flows v-e-r-y slowly downhill. I didn’t know ice could bend like this! Note in the second photo that the icicles have rotated more than ninety degrees.

Those are some very strange and unique things about thawing ice and snow. When we lived in Flagstaff, AZ, we would get many feet of light, fluffy snow at a time. So it wasn’t unusual to have 3 feet of it stacked as a thin wall along the tops of our fence rails. As things melted slightly, it would bend as well until it fell over.
In my addled morning brain, I misread the contributors name as Jesus Debunker. I thought I would share that useless but amusing bit of information.

And, by the way, pardon my insinuation, but I read “classical music” and was compelled :
a certain tech company out of California has a new app specifically for “classical” music, meant to help navigate the corpus of recordings – releases the 28th (and yes, gotta pay for it, sorry).
For example, I think it will shuffle tracks but keep movements together – there was a company doing that before. Maybe they were bought.
