There are about two dozen winners in the Nature Conservancy’s 2021 Global Photo Contest. I’ll show six of my favorites, but go over to their site and look at them all: all of them are gorgeous or fascinating. I’ve put the name of the photographer in bold. Click on the photos to enlarge them.

Covid trash is predictable and depressing. I see masks up trees, in shrubs and bushes, along fence lines, car parks… everywhere!
It just reminds me to stay “on guard”.
Whenever I see one of these amazing photos, I want to see the second photo, the one taken of the photographer snapping the first one.

Wonderful pictures. They are all brilliant but I love the one (not here but on the NC site) of the bramblings feeding on sunflowers in the snow.
