      That’s a nice use of the effect, indeed.
      I’m trying to work out where the Thompson scattering is in that picture, but I can’t work out the setup. Those I come up with have a curved scattering band. Like a sundog, but studio-scale.
      “Against Entropy” reminds me of 1999-08-11, when the gaps between leaves cast multiple images of the Sun onto the ground around me (which was why I’d arrived early enough to set up cameras at that particular site, after scouting locations a few days earlier). I can’t work out how that one was done either. At least, not with lenses, lighting and timing.
