Cats do not concern themselves over whether they look “too fat” or not. Extra poundage only means “well fed” — and what possible objection could a cat have with that?
Her expression alone should be enough to indicate that Hili is completely satisfied with the embroidered shirt, which is capable of hugging her.
Well, Hili has lost considerable weight since I took the picture that Hiroko made into the shirt (a loss I attribute to d^g-induced anxiety)
So, to a cat, “fat” = well-fed and relaxed.
Works for me. Much healthier attitude.

The fidelity of that embroidery really is impressive. I’d think about getting one of Baihu…but my shirts don’t tend to last all that long before there’re claw holes in the shoulders….
