Thanks to an kind and accommodating Wikipedia administrator, the awful picture that used to accompany my entry there has been replaced by a spiffy new one. Go have a look—for I think the photo accurately represents my persona. And get reacquainted with Dusty.
Wikipedia’s on a donation drive atm; I gave because I think it’s worth it. Give a little bit or give a lot — but give! It’s a great resource that deserves everyone’s support.

I see it doesn’t mention your Cell paper. For non-biologists, the idea of Jerry, a card-carrying evolutionary biologist, publishing in Cell, the highly-cited home of hard-nosed molecular biological papers, is a hoot.

Yeah, it’s way out of date and I wish that some kind soul would update it. After all, Haught’s page was updated with our debate within a week after it occurred!

The great idea behind the Wikipedia philosophy is that, when it comes to creating pages, or updating (including pictures!), there is no concept of an administrator: everyone can do that: Wikipedia is for and BY everyone.
If you’d like to see things changed, and you don’t feel like doing it yourself, send me the changes and I’ll do it for you.
You can update it yourself, you know – anyone can edit.
