Now, I’m not a zoologist, but doesn’t seem to be a felid or a cephalopod or even a lepidopteran.
Have you considered that perhaps this is part of my clever plan to compel everyone to post about cephalopods?

When I worked at the zoo (Woodland Park) I took care of a couple of baby Golden Lion Tamarins for awhile (also took care of their parents at various times). Yup they’re thumb size all right. Smelly little bastards though.
